DescriptionArlington Guest Lodge is in close proximity to the Royal Agricultural Show Grounds. A multitude of fine restaurants, pubs, shopping malls and night clubs operate within the vicinity and we are situated close to numerous schools and the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg Campus, is 15 minutes away. Arlington has 6 rooms, 2 single and 4 doubles of which the doubles are all en suite and the two singles share a communal bathroom. We have DStv in all rooms, tea and coffee facilities, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Our pool area is wonderful for relaxing at after a hard day. Internet access is available. DINING & BREAKFAST: A full cooked English breakfast, consisting of eggs - made to order - bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast etc, is included in the room rate. ACCREDITATION: 3 Star grading awarded by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa ATTRACTIONS: Attractions for the sporting minded include the start/finish of the Comrades Marathon, start of Duzi Canoe Race and various cricket and football fixtures. DirectionsArlington Guest Lodge is situated at 1 Lewis Road, Wembley, Pietermaritzburg, literally around the corner from the entrance to the Royal Agricultural Show Grounds. From Johannesburg: Take the Peter Brown (old Duncan McKenzie) off ramp. Cross over freeway. proceed around circle half way onto Howick Road. Continue straight through two sets of robots, over speed hump (sign for Smith Grove B & B on your left), second turning to right Lewis Road, just before sharp corner. From Durban: Take Sanctuary/Liberty Midlands Mall off ramp. Follow signs indicating to City. Proceed half way around traffic circle into Hyslop Rd. Near the end of Hyslop, turn right into Gough Road.
