Situated high on a hill nestled in a forest, Four Springs boasts the most spectacular views of the Dargle Valley. The farm, located in the Natal Midlands Mist Belt is aptly named as it has four springs with crystal clear water running through it. Our garden, has several species of proteas and aloes which attract the relatively rare Gurney’s Sugarbird adding to our already prolific birdlife.

Our two cottages, overlooking the valley, have private patios with barbecue facilities - an ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy a sundowner at dusk. Our guest suite, attached to the main thatched house also features a lovely patio overlooking the valley.

Continental breakfasts are served on the patio with farm fresh organically grown produce from our garden.

Protea Cottage features a large country bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, lounge with sleeper couch facility, television, open fireplace for log fires in winter and open plan kitchen for those who choose to self cater.

Sugarbird Cottage has a twin bed option and 2 large windows overlooking the valley leading onto the patio. Facilities include en-suite bathroom, television, fridge and kitchen for those who choose to self cater.

The Grey Duiker Suite has twin beds and en-suite bathroom with sunken bath, tea and coffee station and French doors leading to the patio overlooking the valley.

We are situated 13 kilometers from Midmar Dam, 20 minutes from Howick and within easy reach of the Sani Pass or Giants Castle in the Drakensberg.
