King’s Hill is set in a quiet, peaceful garden overlooking a pool and is situated:

• Within walking distance of a shopping centre, pharmacy, filling station & ATM’s
• 5 km’s from the N3 & 2 km’s from Oribi airport
• Close to the start of major sporting events, including the Duzi, Comrades & major cycle races
• A stones throw away from College, Epworth and Girls High Schools
• 2 km’s from Bisley Valley Nature Reserve.

King’s Hill has three tasteful individually decorated non-smoking rooms. We can accommodate up to 8 adults or 6 adults and two children over 12 at a time. Mattresses can also be placed on the floor for children over 12 who are prepared to sleep on the floor.

1) The White Room

The White room is an elegantly decorated room, combining white furniture with splashes of red and black throughout the bedroom and ensuite bathroom and consists of:

• Safe off-street parking with remote control access
• Own entrance
• Twin beds (can be placed together to make a king size bed if required)
• TV
• Comfortable table and chairs (very suitable for business persons)
• Ceiling fan and heater
• Hostess tray with complimentary rusks, biscuits or muffins
• Fridge
• Microwave
• En-suite bathroom with shower
• Cupboard
• Access to garden and pool

2) The Oak Room

The Oak room is a stylish room in neutral, warm colours and consists of:

• Safe off-street parking with remote control access
• Own entrance
• En-suite bathroom with shower
• A large comfortable queen-size bed
• TV, table and chairs
• Clothing drawer and hanging space
• Ceiling fan and heater
• Hostess tray with complimentary rusks, biscuits or muffins
• Access to garden and pool

3) The Mahogany Room

The Mahogany room is a classy room, decorated in oranges, greens and cream colours and is our largest room, allowing for couples or families (with childern over 12) or for those who would prefer the self-catering option. If consists of:

• Safe off-street parking with remote control access
• Own entrance
• En-suite bathroom with a large double-shower
• Twin beds (can be placed together to make a king size bed if required)
• A comfortable black suede couch that opens up into a double bed for children over 12 or an additional adult/s
• TV, table and chairs
• Cupboard
• Ceiling fan and heater
• Hostess tray with complimentary rusks, biscuits or muffins
• Kitchenette comprising a microwave, kettle, toaster, crocker, cutlery and a fridge
• Access to garden and pool
