Description

Cosy, comfortable fully equipped self-catering farm cottage. Large open plan lounge/diningroom with underfloor heating and fireplace.  Two en-suite bedrooms, both with heated bathrooms (one with bath, second with shower).  One has double bed the other twin beds, can accomodate extra 2 to 4 people in lounge on double sleeper couch and two single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas/electric hob and electric oven. The cottage also has a washing machine.

Set in lovely garden with views over the  famous Summerhill horsestud and surrounding dairy farms as well as Giants Castle and the Central Drakensberg in the distance. Guests have the use of the swimming pool and braai area.

Bring only food and drinks.... (and a costume if you enjoy swimming.)

 DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:PAYMENT:        

A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING,(WITHIN 48 HOURS.   THIS IS FORFIETED IF CANCELLATION  IS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION DATE.  BALANCE IS DUE ON BEFORE OR ON ARRIVAL.    FULL PAYMENT (100%) IS REQUIRED IF BOOKING IS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF STAY.   ·         Cancellation Terms :       In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Providence,  will refund the applicable amount, within 7 working days. Providence levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.  ·         WE REGRET WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR CHEQUES.  ALL MONIES CAN BE MADE IN CASH OR BY ELECTRONIC TRANSFER.·         A BREAKAGE DEPOSIT* OF R250,00 IS REQUIRED UPON BEFORE OR UPON ARRIVAL AND WILL  BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7 DAYS PROVIDED THERE ARE NO BREAKAGES OR LOSSES.·         EXTRAS MUST BE SETTLED ON DEPARTURE
